Thoughts on Mindfulness




What is mindfulness but being conscious in every thought, word and deed. Being mindful is a skill, a way of being in the world , conscious of your effect on an environmrnt, a room or a crowd, It's being conscious of how your presence effects things, shifts things, and moves things.
Being mindful/conscious aloows you to know when to leave, when to stop talking, what nuances and synamics are at play, etc. Being mindful in the way you talk, walk, smile and present yourself to the world everyday develops in you a grace in manner and speech and all who cross your path will regard you in high esteem and offer you respect.
